About Shingle VAULT™

The Shingle Vault organization was started in 2024 when reflecting upon a pile of spare shingles in the basement. We wanted to retain the spare shingles, but not the mess. The solution seemed to be a container for shingles that would be durable and easy to move/store.

Development of a container took time and numerous prototypes. The final result was unique and cost effective. A patent was applied for and was accepted by the U.S. Patent Office.

When considering how to take the product to market, the concept of partnering with roofing contractors was developed. Additional components such as custom labels, business card pockets, and an internal storage pouch for shingle information were brought into the project to create value for the roofing contractor.
